The theme ‘Connect to Impact’ is so apt in the backdrop of fast moving and rapidly changing environment.
Today, great and impactful deliverables are expected in almost any front be; it a home maker who is required
to come-up with the gourmet meal to satisfy the family’s needs or the CEO of a company who needs may
need to deliver innovative products to ensure market retention and growth.

Impactful results require collaborative efforts and no collaboration is possible without right connections. The
current technological tsunami has ensured that we are more technologically connected than ever before and
this technological connection has brought people much closer. Zoom, Zoho and Teams have proved that
even a challenge as huge as a pandemic could not keep people from being connected and many success
stories were scripted even during such challenging times.
With the world now slowly getting back on its feet and coming to terms with pandemic turning to an endemic;
the global economic challenges that we are faced with, only underscore the importance of the theme.
