Message

Dear Members,
All human beings are born with connections. These connections are God blessed connections which we
proudly call - family and relatives.

Apart from the above connections, all other connects are created by us in our journey of life and the theme
of the conference resonates to create a connect but not merely connect but it emphasizes to “Connect 2
Impact”. Impact in a positive way. Impact in a way that it is for the good of all.

Connect is not mere friendship. If I request you to close your eyes, recall your school days and remember one
teacher which really inspired you. You will surely have one face in front of your closed eyes with a wide smile
on your face. This face is your connect which created an impact. This teacher is your connect. A connect
which created an impact on you. Similarly, there will be many mentors, role models and colleagues with
whom you connected, and that connection helped you to evolve as a person, impacting your life journey in
a good way.

With evolving digital economy and increasing footprint of social media, we all understand words like
connections, followers, viewers and the likes. The need of the hour is to have these connections but not
merely connect. Connect with the clear objective of creating an impact. An impact which help in leading,
innovating and inspiring each other, else this connection will just be a number sitting in your contact, friends,
followers list.

The theme of the conference is to create this awareness of connecting with a clear objective, so that the
connections you make in this digital era of omni-presence are fruitful and serve the purpose. When
connections are meaningful, the discussion becomes meaningful and the meaningful discussion results in
innovations. Innovations provide inspirations and Inspirations help in identifying true leaders.

My request to all my members and readers of this souvenir is to resonate with the theme of our Annual
International Conference 2022 and during this conference identify your connect, which creates that impact
on you and can help you to lead, innovate and inspire your family, your friends circle, your society and nation
