For more than 20 years, Anurag has had a distinguished career serving large and complex global clients and has served as a specialist in tax. He a currently Chairman of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (Dubai) Chapter’s Executive Committee.

Anurag has advised global and local businesses on how direct and indirect taxes impact their business and effective ways to address growing compliance needs. He is Middle East leader for VAT and Custom for Andersen and also board member.

He is regularly featured in Khaleej times and The National, Bloomberg as VAT expert.

Anurag is chartered accountant, fellow international accountant from U.K. and Associate member of CPA Australia.

Throughout Anurag’s career, he has helped clients address a range of issues, including international tax, strategy, and technology adoption and transformation. His clients have included large multinational organizations spanning the public, retail, hospitality, banking and aviation industries.

CA Harikishan Rankawat

CA Harikishan Rankawat is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from India and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from USA. He is a Senior Finance professional having 25 years of diversified experience in various roles during his career. Currently, he is serving as Secretary of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – Dubai Chapter” and also serving as a Trustee of the “Rajasthan Business and Professional Group” (RBPG) in Dubai, UAE.

He is based in Dubai for the past 19 years and had an opportunity to work in Finance Department of Al Futtaim Engineering, Al Futtaim Panatech, Dubai Festival City, Al Futtaim Real Estate, Philip Morris and Dubai World Trade Centre LLC. Prior to Dubai, he has worked for 6 years in Mumbai, India with Century Textiles & Industries Limited (B.K. Birla Group) and Viraj Group of companies.

CA Harikishan Rankawat is the Founder and Managing Partner of “RNG Auditors”. RNG Auditors are proud alliance member of BOKS International, which is a top 25 global alliance of expert firms providing high quality professional services and advice. He has acquired Capital Market Module certification from National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Derivatives certification from Bombay Stock Exchange, India. He is a Certified SAP R/3 Application Consultant from “SAP AG Germany” and also possess the IFRS certification from “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”.

He has led various Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) projects to bring administrative efficiency and also outsourced various processes resulting in huge cost savings. He has written articles for UAE newspapers, and is also a regular speaker on VAT, ESR, UAE Companies Law and Cash flow management. He has been interviewed on Radio for Cash Flow management and SME financing.

CA Manoj Agarwal

Secretary, ICAI Dubai Chapter

Manoj is a Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) and Qualified Tax Advisor (UK) with over 19 years of extensive experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation, VAT, Excise, Tax Planning & Saving Strategies, Transfer Pricing, Business Restructuring and setting up New Projects.

Along with core qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI, India, he possesses the membership of The Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA) Australia, The Federation of Tax Advisors (AFTA), UK and Association of International Accountants (AAIA), UK.

Manoj is a writer, thinker and prominent speaker on Indirect Taxes and participated in various workshops and training sessions on UAE VAT. He has written a number of articles, ebooks on UAE VAT.

Manoj is currently serving as Treasurer of ICAI Dubai Chapter, largest overseas association of Indian Chartered Accountants.
