Few Important Information

• Family Members can Join along with member
• Age between 18 to 65
• Weight minimum 50 kg. (donors who are 21 year old or less must be 55 kg and above)
• Should have enough sleep (at least 4 hours) on the previous day of donation
• Avoid fatty foods like butter, cheese etc at least 12 hrs before donation.
• Valid Emirates ID need to be carried
• No physical Emirates ID. No Donation Possible
• Cannot donate for 28 days if there are symptoms of flu
• 30 Days gap from last date of travel outside UAE
• Cannot donate blood for 6 months if received blood or blood products or surgery or dengue fever
• Cannot donate blood if history of malaria
• Cannot donate blood if history of jaundice after 11th bday
• Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women
• Cannot donate if any major health related issues
