Message

Assuming a leadership role involves utmost dedication, diligence, far sightedness
and a remarkable ability to guide. When the leader is extremely passionate to
achieve the mission, goals and objectives, the team follows and reciprocates with
similar sincerity. In the present times, the expectations from the leaders in finance
have broadened manifolds. They are expected to steer the teams through the
turbulent times leading the transformation across the enterprise.

Whether serving in corporate, financial services sector, public service,
entrepreneurial ventures or in government bodies, the Chartered Accountants
at crucial decision-making positions are looked upon as the ultimate solution
providers. The members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
(ICAI) based abroad have brought laurels to the profession and have immensely
contributed towards its growth. ICAI, through its chapters abroad, has been taking
several initiatives to upgrade the knowledge and skill sets of the members in tune
with the changing environment.

It is heartening to note that the Dubai Chapter of ICAI is organizing the 38th
Annual International Conference titled “Leading by Passion- The best from the
Rest’’ on Saturday, 26th December, 2020 . The conference is a congregation
of eminent dignitaries from industry, entrepreneurs and motivational experts
which shall provide a great opportunity to listen to and interact with inspirational
personalities. I hope that the conference shall be a knowledge enriching experience
for the members.

I am sure that the souvenir being released to commemorate the occasion shall be
extremely useful and informative for the entire fraternity.
