Sponsorship

Terms & Conditions

ICAI reserves the rights to accept or reject the sponsorship proposal as per its policy.
Sponsorship options and Exhibition Stalls will be allocated on First Come First Serve Basis.
Tariffs quoted are exclusive of GST (as applicable). The booking request must be made with full 100% payment must be made.
Sponsorship Participation is not guaranteed until full and final payment is made.
Sponsorship & Exhibitions should register their representative names with ICAI one month before the start of the Congress and all such person should compulsorily wear badges.
ICAI reserves the right to change the venue, dates or rearrange the Exhibition layout at any time due to unavoidable circumstances.
Sponsorship / Exhibitor confirmed are Non-Transferrable. Detailed terms and conditions will be sent to confirmed sponsors and exhibitors and ICAI will assist in giving letters of participation to avail government permissions from nodal agencies to bring their exhibits to the Congress venue. Organising Committee may be contacted for opportunities.
Bare Space/Customized Stall/Premium stall construction & flex printing and mounting has to be done through ICAI approved vendor.
Microphone or any promotional activities, hindering or disturbing other sponsor/exhibitor will not be permitted. This is a must for security purpose.
The number of representatives of the sponsor/exhibitor at the conference venue will be limited, depending on the extent of sponsorship, at the discretion of the organizing committee.
Cancellations are to be made in writing to ICAI. 50% of the payment will be refunded if cancelled on or before Oct 15, 2022 after which there will not be any entitlement for any refund.
The Exhibition Committee reserves the right to modify or rearrange the floor plan or even cancel any Sponsorship/Exhibitor, without assigning any reason thereof.
Sponsorship / Exhibition will be allocated on first come first serve basis only and the ICAI reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-payment within the stipulated time.
Written confirmation of booking will be given after 100% advance payment is received.
The sponsor/exhibitor must not cause any damage to the walls, panels and other areas of the venue. In case of any such damage, the sponsor/exhibitor will have to indemnify the Jio World Convention Centre for the same.
The date and time of handover of the exhibition space shall be communicated to all near the Congress dates.
Appointed Electrical Contractor will execute all electrical connections inside the stall and other areas. The sponsors / exhibitors are required to intimate the ICAI in writing on the additional points required by them at least 30 days in advance. Please note all extra points/connections would be charged on Pro-rata basis.
Sponsor / Exhibition confirmed are NON TRANSFERABLE.
Sponsors/Exhibitors wanting to import equipment or consumable for exhibition purpose should inform ICAI at the time of booking to enable us to obtain India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) approval & assist with our freight partner details.
- Upon receipt of Sponsorship cancellation notice, the ICAI shall have the absolute discretion to resell the sponsorship item(s) forfeited.
- Under the Covid-19 scenario, government restrictions on mass gatherings will apply to this event as well. Any claim or refunds arising due to cancellations from restrictions related to the event will be dealt on a case to case basis.
