• Technicalities of the Construction Cycle & Project Financing – 13 December 2019
The first session organized by CA Sangeetha Nahar, Team Leader of Focus Group - Construction,
Real Estate, Development & Hospitality was held on 14 Dec 2019 with a session on “Technicalities
of the Construction Cycle” delivered by Mr. Manish Kashyap, Director, Civil Matrix Contracting
LLC and “Project Financing” discussed by CA Amit Singhania, Co-Founder & Director, Krystal
Financial Consultants. The session was participated by 31 members.
• Cost Control in Construction and Valuations of Real Estate & Contracting Companies –
7 February 2020
The second session organized by CA Sangeetha Nahar was led by Mr. Sameer Mungre,
Commercial Manager, Kulkarni Quantity Surveyors; Mr. Jaipal Singh, Head of QS and Cost
Control, Green Bridge Construction and CA Hema Sankaran, Managing Director, Nucleus
Consulting FZ LLE. There were 28 members who participated the session.
