Dr. R. Vaidyanathan is retired Professor of Finance at IIM- Bangalore. Dr. CA M. R. Venkatesh is an Advocate based in New Delhi practising criminal laws, economic offences and
serious financial frauds. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of anti-money laundering (AML) laws,
