ICAI Dubai Chapter have been proactively championing
the recognition of our qualifications, sparking meaningful
dialogue with key UAE Authorities. Newly elected Executive
Committee has put in constant efforts to push for equivalency
and in this regard have made some key meetings. Met Indian
Ambassador to the UAE H.E Sunjay Sudhir to further discuss
on the developments and progress in this matter.

A Welcome meeting of Executive Committee members
ICAI Dubai Chapter with H.E Satish Kumar Sivan Consulate
General of India. Committee discussed on how collaborative
events can be organized with close association of Consulate
and benefit our members with the same.

We attended two meetings related to the auditing license process and the recognition of CA and ICAI members. The first
meeting was with the Assistant Auditor - Director of Auditing, Ministry of Economy, on June 20, 2024. The second meeting
took place with the Director of Auditing, Ministry of Economy, on June 26, 2024, at their Dubai office.

cultures and traditions, seeking spiritual blessings is a cherished practice to garner positive energy, protection, and guidance.
This spiritual support can provide a sense of peace and confidence, ensuring that the new venture is on a path aligned
with higher purposes and positive outcomes. Chairman CA Rajesh Somani arranged a visit for the Executive Committee
at the newly constructed BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi for darshan, prayers, and blessings. The committee met Pujya
Brahmvihari Swamiji and seeked his blessings as well.
