76th India’s Independence day, 15 August 2022
ICAI Dubai Chapter celebrated the 76th Indian
Independence day with vibrant colors of the
National Flag, signifying #Strength (Saffron),
#Peace (White) and #Prosperity (Green). The
occasion was celebrated with loved ones, family
and friends. To make the event special and to
rejoice in the theme of #azadikaamritmahotsav ,
we had with us Chief Guest, His Excellency Dr.
Chartered X" - An event of X Factor Journey Ordinary 2 Extraordinary, 2 July 2022
Aman Puri who addressed the members and
guests on the special occasion and gave a few
words of encouragement and wisdom to the
young generation and reminded us of the past
struggles and the way the country has risen
against all odds.
We had our Guest of Honor, Mr. Vaibhav Dange
speak a few words on the progress of the country
and how each of us, living in and outside the
country, can contribute and be proud of our
#nation. He briefly talked us through the progress
of our country in the road and highway projects
and appreciated the zeal with which the country
is progressing towards a self-reliant nation. Our
second Guest of Honor, Mr. Abhishek Singh took
us through his success journey and re-iterated
that nothing except hard work could yield the
best and most satisfying results and that great
things are achieved by those who work hard
towards their goals.

Our speaker for the day, Ms. Sini Shetty, winner
of the Femina Miss India World 2022 spoke a few
words about her success journey and how she
found the opportunity to participate for the
pageant inspite of her busy work and study
schedule. She also re-iterated the role of hard
work and goal oriented approach going a long
way in achieving success. Last but not the least
our motivational speaker Mr. Harvinder Singh, a
living example of perseverance and focus to
achieve your dreams and that no matter how hard
life throws back at you, you have to keep going
and with constant practice and perseverance
anything is achievable. At the same time being
grounded and living simple along with success is
the key to a balanced and fulfilled life.
The event was ended with a musical note by a
mind blowing singing performance by our past
chairman CA Abbas Ali Mirza. The event was a
tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for the
country and to those who continue to make India
proud.
