Message

Dear Fellow Members,

Welcome to the 41st Annual International Conference 2023 of our own ICAI-Dubai Chapter.
This Year’s Conference 2023 has been planned around Vision, Sustainability, and Innovation under the
leadership of Chairman Shri Harikishan Rankawat.

We all are witnessing a fast, moving, dynamic world where technologies are getting obsolete faster
than imagination. Necessity was the need of innovation but now innovation is must for survival and
growth. The planet’s deteriorating environment is also a matter of concern for humanity. As members
of a responsible profession, we all need to pursue and encourage sustainable technology in our
professional and personal lives. It has been an endeavour of the Dubai Chapter to enable continuous
learning and provide opportunities to update and enhance knowledge through learned speakers and
subject experts during the year - this annual conference is just an extension of those efforts, it is my
firm believe that “When we stop learning, we stop leading”.

We are living in the most modern and dynamic city of the world – Dubai, where impossible does not
exist in the dictionary of the country’s leadership. Dubai is a vibrant example of importance role of
VISION in the building of Nation or any Organization. I quote HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, which have inspired me a lot, “The future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it
and execute it.”

It is a matter of pride for all of us that we are members of the largest Accounting and Auditing
professional institute of the world - ICAI, having more than a million members & students.

Let us work together to take not only the Dubai Chapter, but our great profession, Chartered
Accountancy to new heights with sustainable and innovative work. From the best chapter of ICAI, we
assure you a great journey of new learnings, knowledge sharing, and skill-sharpening events.
