We are all aware of the changing
UAE landscape in terms of taxation.
UAE is getting there, to be on par
with world leaders. As we advance, it
is also important to learn and discuss
topics of governance and other
compliances which apply to small and
medium enterprises. UAE is made
up of many small businesses who
contribute largely to the success of the
economy and it would therefore be fair
to discuss how such business should
ensure corporate governance and what
compliance impacts them. To talk on
the topic of Governance & compliance
of SMEs, FoTac conducted its session
on 22.09.2022 with speaker CA Manish
Saraf providing practical insights on the
topic.
